SEO that actually
moves the needle.
I'm Umais. I help teams turn search into a real growth channel, not a slide deck full of vanity metrics. Audits, content systems, link work, and migrations that hold up after the launch party.

Five projects,
one common thread.
Each one started with a team that had been told their SEO was fine. It was not. Tap any case to read what we actually changed.

I'm good at.
Most engagements start with one of these and grow from there. If you need something that is not on the list, ask. I will tell you honestly whether it is something I should be the one doing.

Technical SEO Audits
A real look at why your site is not ranking. Crawl issues, indexation, schema, Core Web Vitals. You get a short fix list ordered by impact, not a sixty page PDF nobody reads.
- Crawl and log analysis
- Indexation map
- CWV remediation
- 02
Content and Keywords
Topic clusters built around the things your buyers actually search for, mapped to pages on your site so the work compounds instead of fighting itself.
- Intent mapped keywords
- Topic clusters
- Editorial calendar
- 03
Programmatic SEO
Template driven pages for products, locations, or comparisons. Done right they scale fast. Done wrong they get the whole site demoted, so we build guardrails first.
- Template architecture
- Data integration
- Indexation guardrails
- 04
Link Building
Outreach and digital PR aimed at the publications your buyers already trust. No PBNs, no shady lists, nothing that needs disavowing in six months.
- Prospecting and outreach
- Digital PR pitches
- Anchor strategy
- 05
SEO Migrations
Replatforming, redesigns, domain moves. The kind of project that quietly erases a year of growth if it goes wrong. I plan it, ship it, and watch it after.
- Pre launch audit
- Redirect mapping
- Post launch monitoring

Reporting that helps
GA4, Search Console, and Looker dashboards built so a non SEO can open them on a Monday and know what to do that week.
- GA4 and GSC setup
- Looker dashboards
- Monthly insights
A quiet executor
who likes the boring wins.
I have spent the past five years helping teams turn search from a guessing game into a reliable channel. That has meant late nights in log files, painstaking redirect maps, and a lot of rewriting product copy that nobody else wanted to touch.
The work I am proud of does not look exciting on a slide. It looks like a clean indexation chart, a steadily climbing keyword cohort, and revenue you can trace back to a specific cluster of pages we shipped six months ago.
I work with one or two clients at a time so the people paying me actually get me, not an account manager. If we work together you will have my number, my Slack, and my honest opinion when something is a bad idea.

What people actually said.
Umais is the rare SEO who can talk to engineers without losing the marketers in the room. He shipped a migration plan that saved us months of guessing.
We had been told for two years that our category pages were fine. Three months in, traffic was up 90 percent. Wish we had called him sooner.
The questions
I get a lot.
Did not see yours? Send a note. I read everything that comes through.
How do you actually charge?
Most engagements are a flat monthly retainer based on scope. Audits and migrations are usually a fixed price. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Do you work with in house teams?
Yes, that is most of what I do. I plug in next to your marketing or engineering team, do the work, and hand it over with documentation when we are done.
How long until we see results?
Honest answer: technical wins can show up in weeks, content driven growth usually starts to compound around month three to six. Anyone promising faster is selling you something.
What about AI search and LLMs?
Same fundamentals: be crawlable, be useful, be cited by people who matter. The surface changes, the work mostly does not.
Got something
worth shipping?
Tell me a bit about your team, what you are stuck on, and where you would like to be in twelve months. Most replies go out within a day. Shorter notes are very welcome.
